after sale found out they put one just like mine on sales floor but at a lease price 150 a month less. sales man rich very unhelpful after sale in getting my plates for new prius. took over a month with lame floor but at a lease price 150 a month less. sales man rich very unhelpful after sale in getting my plates for new prius. took over a month with lame excuses but no explanation. my leather seat developed a problem with wear or discoloration. took 4 months and 2 hours at dealership while they took pictures for toyota. service mgr finally after several call said was a dye transfer problem not toyota problem will not fix. took it to toyota and they said service mgr stated it was something i had done and he recommended they do nothing. well after buyng two cars from them i expected more. beware they will not help you in any way with any problems. owner never there and never returns calls!!!! More
These guys are as shady as they come. Lure you with one offer online, then you come in and it's all that you hate about buying cars and why you wanted to do it online... Oh, and don't rate them poorly on the sales survey because when you come back for service later, you are held accountable. Funny, I thought the survey was to hold them accountable! There are reputable Toyota dealers. I've had Toyotas since the mid 80s and never had a dealer problem (in Illinois and Oregon). Find a good one. Lakeshore is not it. More
