Thank you for sharing your experiences. I did check on your comment regarding the details of what was done. Because the ToyotaCare maintenance program provides slightly different service depending on the vehicle, you are correct that it doesn't break down what was actually done on the printout. However Toyota will only reimburse us if we do exactly what is listed in your maintenance schedule, nothing more, nothing less. I have shared your comments with the service manager to see if there is any way to have the details print out on the customer copy.

It is something that we know people would enjoy, and we have been trying to find a solution for this by adding an automated car wash. We have had challenges with zoning and space issues that have so far prevented us from doing so, but we'll keep trying!
