Hassle-free experience I walked into Bob Rohrman Nissan knowing what I wanted but not sure what to expect. To my surprise there was a nice selection in the model I wanted. Huge mistake!!!!!! I was strongly pursued by Rachel one of the sales consultants after visiting the site online. I thought things where going well until I got to the ve I was strongly pursued by Rachel one of the sales consultants after visiting the site online. I thought things where going well until I got to the very end of the deal. My paper worked was signed, auto insurance started and paid, vehicle pulled up to the front. After waiting hours Rachel comes to me and says I'm sorry after submitting the final paper work to the finance company that approved you, it was rejected because we (Nissan Chesterton) choose the wrong vehicle we didn't check the stock number, there where two of the same vehicles same color but different years. (Unbelievable...and not making much sense at all) The one you where actually approved for has been sold already . Talk about being embarrassed, shocked, disappointed, and in disbelief, all of thee above! Huge mistake on THERE part complete waste of my time, showen very little remorse! It actually was flipped on me like I had done something wrong as they then began to guestion my information that they had already been given. Needless to say I walked away with nothing...I expected so much more from a "professional dealership" so I thought. More

Great experience! I have bought, sold and leased numerous vehicles and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. All of the sales associates were with clie I have bought, sold and leased numerous vehicles and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. All of the sales associates were with clients so George Lopez helped me until Clayton Elliott was free. Between George and Clayton I don't know who to thank more. They are both professional and obviously enjoy what they are doing. I can say that they made car buying fun. I feel that I got a very good deal.
