My hard working son was looking to buy his first car. We found a DEAL from this dealership-- almost too good to be true. I called and spoke with both Diana and Tom. The advertised car sounded perfect. We ma found a DEAL from this dealership-- almost too good to be true. I called and spoke with both Diana and Tom. The advertised car sounded perfect. We made a nearly 1 1/2 hour trip the following Saturday to see the car. I called before we left to be sure it wasn't sold. It was still there. When we got there, we were assured the car was getting prepped for us to see. They then too ALL of our information -- credit scores, etc. We were there about 45 minutes and then told... oops.. the car was JUST sold. Do we want a lease? Do we want another much more expensive car? NO... No. We drove home wondering if that really was the case. I felt taken. I called after we returned -- using my maiden name and a slight accent and asked if the car was still available. I spoke to James. He said he would check. I told him I would call him back. When I called back 30 minutes later... he assured me that the car was STILL there and was awesome. He said they were very busy.. though.... so I should rush over now. YEAH.... RIGHT....! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. They are using the bait and switch... and I wasted lots of time, $$ in gas, and energy and felt VERY angry over the whole thing. More

I have recommended this dealership to several friends as well as anyone I know who is in the market for a new vehicle. I no longer live close to this dealership, but still take my car there for service and will definitely purchase my next vehicle there because of the service I and my family have come to expect.
