Read everything and understand before you sit down and try to buy a car from them!! They do not disclose everything upfront! Terrible experience! I was assisting my mother in purchasing a new Honda Pilot try to buy a car from them!! They do not disclose everything upfront! Terrible experience! I was assisting my mother in purchasing a new Honda Pilot Elite AWD and found this dealer had what she was looking for so we contacted the dealer to find out if the vehicle was available still. After discussing with a sales person, my mother had a trade-in instructed me to fill out the information online for KBB instant cash offer. Unfortunately, the first number that came back had an error by me for mileage, so the amount was reduced which we were still OK with. I followed his instructions as the number came back with good number I reached out and spoke with him about the Internet special on the vehicle that my mother wanted. After waiting quite a bit, we received a text back stating there were multiple additional fees, and in the tune of $3000.00+ that will be added to the price of the internet price which I agreed to pay there doc fee, inside and out protection package and LoJack. After asking several times if we were good to go knowing that they hadn’t seen my trade-in in person, and that would have to be approved all I got back was now they’re saying there is a market adjustment on top of the price. That was never disclosed up front so I asked what exactly is market adjustment? Then I was greeted with all we don’t do that anymore however, there is transportation from the manufacturer, that is not included. I asked the please see the window sticker and was sent just a picture of the options not the whole sticker. I asked for the picture of the whole sticker and never got a response. I then spoke with the manager and he stated oh yeah, we don’t include that that’s from the manufacturer it’s on the invoice. I asked him several times why they do not disclose that and their disclosures on their website or on third-party sites and received zero response. My mother and I had agreed to all the extras that we did not need that we were told we had to buy and then they kept stacking more and more and more on. This is an extremely bad way to do business. Quite frankly it feels a lot like bait and switch since the destination charge and market adjustment really are not clearly disclosed nor are they told how much that a charge will be. Don’t be fooled by the Stiehler. They will show you a low low price on a sale vehicle online and then by the time you’re done you will pay over sticker. I’m pretty sure there was a dealer that got sued for $10 million by the FTC over stuff like this so good luck to you guys. More

Made the selection process so easy. No pressure what so ever. Even gave me his direct line so I could contact him if I needed to before returning the next day. I love that even though we couldn’t make it there until an hour before closing he took his time and I didn’t feel rushed through the test drive or even seeing another model of the same type of vehicle. Chris in finance made the finalization of the sale feel like sitting with a friend rather than being hovered over or pressured to add every extra warranty. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and equally important, he is quick and efficient. We had our 22 month old daughter with us and he helped us get in and out of the dealership before she got impatient or out of sorts - that says A LOT! More
