Deceptive and Dishonest Dealer DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!!! Their sales staff is deceptive and puts costs into the deal the buyer does not need! They will try to sneak the cost fo DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!!! Their sales staff is deceptive and puts costs into the deal the buyer does not need! They will try to sneak the cost for things like gap insurance without explaining to the buyer what they are paying for. Also, they do not hold true to their negotiations by adding costs back into the deal like "Destination Charges", which are already built into the "sticker price". I have purchased two vehicles from them before and dealt with honest sales staff and being a loyal customer, I trusted them, MY MISTAKE!!!! They not only lost my future purchases, they lost all of the future service to my Honda vehicles. Yes, I brought my Honda vehicles there for all of my service, but NO MORE! I attempted to contact the owner and general manager via email to tell them about this issue but received no response. After being a LOYAL CUSTOMER for ten years, this is how they treat you!!! If you cannot trust the sales staff because they try to sell you things you don't need and renege on a negotiated price, how can you trust the service staff to not try to sell you things you don't need! WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!! More

Honda — The Friendliest Dealership Saw warnings appear on my dash so I showed up the next day asking for assistance from the service desk. I did not have an appointment and they were a Saw warnings appear on my dash so I showed up the next day asking for assistance from the service desk. I did not have an appointment and they were already very busy. I was too nervous to drive the vehicle back home with the warning signals. The service rep greeted me with a pleasant smile and told me not to worry that they would look into the issue. They did and explained to me thoroughly why the warning signals were visible and that it has nothing to do with me or anything I did but the weather. I left feeling content and safe. I LOVE BOZAK HONDA DEALERSHIP IN HIGHLAND INDIANA. They are simply THE BEST. You won’t get this type of service anywhere else. I guarantee you!!! More

They blew em outta the water. Hands down not even close. I’ve bought 4 vehicles from this Dealership since 2008. 2 Odyssey’s a Civic and just last week we bought an Accord Sport Turbo. WOW what a car. Amazingly quick and Sharp Looking Black/Black. BEAUTIFUL BETTER from top to bottom. The Service Manager Mr Shaun Haugh is one of the best manangers ive ever met. They have done everything too my vehicles and his team of Sam and Tony and Josh and Maria are just EXCELLENT nice personable Fair don’t try to up charge ever just flat out lets you know what you need.
