Classic bait and switch was used to get me to pay a higher price or reduce features. I was quoted a price on a Honda EX-L several different times only to have the sales manager jack up the price after higher price or reduce features. It was their mistake that they offered a low price and then made it my problem. We were trying to take advantage of year end savings only to have them screw us on the last day of the year. Maybe others fall for their tactics but I saw right through it. They tried to increase the price $900 after an agreement was made between me and the sales person. Jeff the sales manager is as slimy as they come. I’ve bought a lot of vehicles in my life and this was the worst attempt at buying a vehicle I’ve ever had. It was there mistake and they should have owned it. It’s not my fault you quoted a price to low...how would I know what you can and cannot sell a car for? We had a deal and then you tried to bait and switch me so that I would cancel the deal and wouldn’t lose money. Extremely unethical behavior...you give us REAL sales professionals a bad rap. More
