Nicole was a bit too persistent in her efforts to include extended warranties with the car, but she's a very nice lady. The Car was cleaned up pretty well, and well represented on Bosak's website, which made our decision that much easier. More

Unethical Lying managers. Stay AWAY. Do not trust this dealership. If their MANAGER, Mr. Mike Walsh, (the BDC manager did not even have the decency and integrity to be honest, how are you to trust the the rest of the company and the employees he manages. I only feel bad for the three owners of the dealership(s) who are unknowingly losing potential customers, getting bad reviews online and word to mouth- in addition to having the reputation of their dealership tarnished because of the unscrupulous acts of their own manager. I typically do not write reviews & never once in my 20 years of buying cars did I write a negative review for a dealership, but the actions of Mr. Mike Walsh need to be known and future customers need to be aware of the unscrupulous practices and lies that occur at this dealership, In a nutshell, on Thursday September 3rd, I inquired about a 2000 Mercedes E-class that I seen on autotrader that belonged to this dealership. I showed interest, and was called the next day and was told the car was moved to their other location and in the process of being sold. Continued my car search the next two days and saw the same car showing as newly listed and unsold. I call immediately and get connected to Mr.Mike Walsh. He told me that I have first bids on the car because I was the first to show interest and followed up after the initial buyer backed out. The dealership is a 5 hour round-trip commute, so I needed to know as much about the car as possible before making the drive. I asked about the condition and Mr. Mike Walsh says it's in great condition and no issues. I asked if he can make sure and he calls back to tell me that the car has a rear differential leak, tail-light that was out, and bad tires. I tried to ask how bad the leak was and its location but by the time he called me back the last time it was 30 minutes from close time. He did not seem to even know anything about mechanics, which is fine. I asked him if he can ask his manager if the issues can be fixed and if not if he can consider the flaws in the price (the car was priced over 1K of KBB and Edmounds without the flaws. I still wanted to buy the car, so I asked Mike just find out how bad the leak is, if his manager can bring the price down to make for the difference of the defects and if not at least I tried. I asked to put a deposit because I did not want the car sold before I arrived the next day. Mike specifically advised me against making a deposit. He said just call the next business day early in the morning and I will have your questions answered and you can come pick up the car. I was fine with that. I took off work and called before the business opened the next business day. Before the business even opens Mike Walsh was on the chat info section and told me the car sold. The car sold? How? We finished our conversation right before the dealership closed and I called the next business day to have answers to my questions and reserve a test drive to purchase before the place was even open.. He lied online and told me he never told me not to make a deposit. His lie was so blatant and he was unapologetic and I took a day off work to buy this car and he cost me from buying the car by not letting me put a deposit then claims the car sold the next business day before the dealership even opened. It was a couple minutes from opening time. I ask to talk to the owners or the GM, but was transferred to Rene Richmann , the sales manager and not the GM as I requested. Mr. Richmann started out combative, over talked me, did not give me the time to explain what happened and gave me the attitude of I don't give a crap about what happened to you. It was obvious him and the Mike were friends. STAY AWAY Please stay away from this business. I lost hours on the phone coordinating this purchase, missed work today, and was lied to blatantly. Dishonest Manager, caused me a day off work, and combative sales manager friend who defended the acts of his friend Mike without letting me tell him what happened. This place does not put value on customers & have unethical lying managers. More
