Recall to fix a software problem in some 2013 Accords I called Bosak Honda and told them of the letter I received from Honda America concerning a software problem that might occur in some 2013 Honda Accor I called Bosak Honda and told them of the letter I received from Honda America concerning a software problem that might occur in some 2013 Honda Accords. They asked me to bring the car in for a check on the problem and indicated that because of scheduling, it would be advisable to leave the car. When I brought the car in I was greeted immediately by a very gracious young lady who drove the car into the dealership and referred me to the service person who was right there to greet me. He asked when I needed the car and I told him that I knew they were busy and they should work on it when they had the time. He thanked me for the courtesy and offered to drive me home. I told him I has a ride waiting. I received a call from the service manager three hours later telling me that the problem was fixed and there was no charge. They also checked fluid levels and tire pressure and wear and let me know that everything was fine. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. More

Pre trip check up I brought the car in to have every thing checked before I drive to Florida. I had a few concerns and they were addressed.
