Ready for winter! Just stop in to buy a part for my 2012 Honda and as I was walking across the lot, This Blue HR-V started calling my name. After sitting in it I decide Just stop in to buy a part for my 2012 Honda and as I was walking across the lot, This Blue HR-V started calling my name. After sitting in it I decided, not to test drive but just order my part and go home. Well stopped back in the next day to get the part and instead of leaving with the part, I left with a new SUV. . PS I cancelled the part, let service department put it on! lol More

In my line of work I visit many auto dealerships & can tell the ones that have it together. Bosak Honda is definitely one of those! The environment has always been inviting & no one has ever been pushy (even when for the last five years I've been wanting to purchase a car from them but it's just now in the budget). Every once in a while they'd ask me how the budget was looking but like I said no one was ever pushy. When the time came to begin looking for a "new" vehicle I knew just who to ask for. While all the salespeople at Bosak are great, Don McCarty & I have done business before so I requested him. I knew he would take care of me. While I was looking for something a little lower in price, Don explained to me that the vehicle I eventually ended up purchasing was a better value. With a bigger down payment I was able to get into the monthly payment I was looking for. I appreciate Don looking out for my best interests. Steve was the one to go over the warranty packages with me. He was knowledgeable about the products and services they had to offer & again was not pushy when I said that it didn't fit in the budget (can you tell being pushed is a pet peeve of mine?). When a couple of days later I found that the auxiliary music plug did not work, Ralph did not hesitate to take care of the issue. Overall my experience was great from beginning to end. I will continue to have a relationship with Bosak Honda for years to come. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends and family. I know that anyone I send there will be taken care of. More

The only negative feedback I have, is that it took about 5 hours to complete the transaction. I went in knowing what I wanted. I was pre-approved with Honda Finance. I had the paperwork with me and attempted to give it to the finance person. About 3 1/2 hours of the 5 hours spent at the dealership, I was waiting to sign the paperwork. This will not deter me from recommending Bosak Honda. Thank You More

Extra Kindess Shown I checked in with Alex and also I dealt with John as this was a regular servicing for my car. When Alex came out to give them their keys he noticed they might need extra help getting to their car.(they both were walking with canes).
