Brakes, Oil and more I found myself with time on Saturday needing an oil change, some grinding brakes, some indicator lights, inability to use cruise control and a few oth I found myself with time on Saturday needing an oil change, some grinding brakes, some indicator lights, inability to use cruise control and a few other things. I showed up when service department opened and the CSR informed me that they would be able to get me in, but it would most likely be a few hours - possibly 6 or even more depending on what they found. He let me know that they would be glad to provide a loaner car or I could wait. After waiting for about 2 hours, he came in and gave me the estimate for all they found, I was a little surprised - the brakes were about half of what I anticipated, and I found out I needed tires. In all, the price was MUCH lower than I had anticipated. The reason I have bought and leased 1 ea vehicle from Bozak was because of the Service department giving me an honest estimate, quick service and continuing to do so over the past two years. I would and do recommend them to anyone and everyone I meet looking for a vehicle or service. More
