I was well satisfied with the way things were explainted I called and told the serviceman that I could not start the car and he said they could call a tow truck and I said let me see if I could get a neighbo I called and told the serviceman that I could not start the car and he said they could call a tow truck and I said let me see if I could get a neighbor to help. I got someone to help me get it started and just drove over to Bosak. The serviceman explained what they were going to do. About an hour later he came into the waiting room and explained what they did and what they found. Then he told me that he would move my car up closer to the building so I did not have to walk so far, I have a knee brace and also use a cane. The serviceman was very helpful and understanding. I really appreciated the help I got. More

Help Please! As I was driving to my parent's home, in SW Michigan from Chicago, a part fell off my car! They said keep going if you can and we will take it to Bosa As I was driving to my parent's home, in SW Michigan from Chicago, a part fell off my car! They said keep going if you can and we will take it to Bosak Honda in MC. I arrived safely, dropped off the car and waited to see how bad it was and it wasn't bad at all the piece turned out to be cosmetic! They went over everything and saw I needed new bake pads in front and wipers. They called with a quote the next morning, I gave the OK for the work needed and the car was ready that afternoon. My 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid w/ 100,000+ miles is back on the road and running great. Thank you to Kelly and everyone in the service department for being so kind and Happy New Year. More
