There only concern are customer turn over rate. Not concerned about retaining current customers or there satisfaction. I've had service there many times in the past on five different Honda vehicles. The last time was my 2022 HRV. In for a blown up transmission. Two years old and a little past factory warranty. After a quote of well over 9000.00 I ask for assistance in the repair. Told the manager there was no way I could afford that price but refused to budge. Told him I was going to call American Honda for goodwill assistance, he said I shouldn't bother because they are not going to help. After four days of review, I was denied. So left completely helpless with knowere to turn, I ended up at a local transmission shop. The shop manager told me they have done hundreds of these CVT Honda failures and gave a price immediately. Laughingly about half the price for the same operation with a brand new Honda transmission. From Honda no less. Now I know out warranty means out of warranty however, to completely disregard me as a long term paying customer I found blatantly rude. This was my ninth Honda owned and thanks Bosak and American Honda for there inability to retain a long standing relationship, this will be my last Honda. At least until Japan begins to build for America, import to America and Service where the customer is always right and satisfaction is No. 1. More

I originally went in to get a new battery at Bosak Honda in Michigan City, IN, for my fob for my 2018 Acura. I was greeted right away by service advisor Dana, who directed me to the parts department. After the new fob battery was replaced, ask her if they service Acura and do AcuraCare warranty work. Told her I needed new tires/brakes and maybe some warranty work done. She said we could order you the tires that I wanted and provide a loaner with notice. Then I brought back my car for the work to get done.
