I had my Ford Edge in for service 3 times which still remains not fixed. The last time I had a door hinge recall that remains not repaired. I also had a module that needs replacement and it’s been 2 week remains not fixed. The last time I had a door hinge recall that remains not repaired. I also had a module that needs replacement and it’s been 2 weeks and still have not been contacted by the dealership to bring it in for repairs. They also stated a ticking noise in my engine is normal but I never had it the 1st 2 years. This service department is terrible and hopefully the General Manager sees this review and actually satisfy a customer or I’ll need to contact the Ford corporate office. More

great service, pretty nice atmosphere I have been going to the service center at Lakeshore Ford in Indiana for about four years now. I have always had a decent experience. My old Ford cont I have been going to the service center at Lakeshore Ford in Indiana for about four years now. I have always had a decent experience. My old Ford continues to be very reliable. I especially appreciate the clean waiting room with all amenities, including the ability to mute the giant tv. A lot of us have to take time away from work to get our cars fixed, so the ability to work without a radio or tv blasting at us (the ability to mute it) is very much appreciated. Thank you! More

Moisture sensing Wipers would not shut off. This happens intermittently over the last two/three weeks. Two days prior to my appointment it did not occur. The mechanic could not find any errors in the computer after testing the wipers at each of their settings. Lake Shore Ford did not charge me for the visit and the mechanics time because no errors were found which was outstanding. More
