I had my Ford Edge in for service 3 times which still remains not fixed. The last time I had a door hinge recall that remains not repaired. I also had a module that needs replacement and it’s been 2 week remains not fixed. The last time I had a door hinge recall that remains not repaired. I also had a module that needs replacement and it’s been 2 weeks and still have not been contacted by the dealership to bring it in for repairs. They also stated a ticking noise in my engine is normal but I never had it the 1st 2 years. This service department is terrible and hopefully the General Manager sees this review and actually satisfy a customer or I’ll need to contact the Ford corporate office. More
Took my F150 in for service and Ford Fusion they did a great job and gave me a fair price. And informed me if they found anything else that was wrong. I especially appreciate the clean waiting room with all amenities, including the ability to mute the giant tv. A lot of us have to take time away from work to get our cars fixed, so the ability to work without a radio or tv blasting at us (the ability to mute it) is very much appreciated. Thank you! More

Moisture sensing Wipers would not shut off. This happens intermittently over the last two/three weeks. Two days prior to my appointment it did not occur. Lake Shore Ford did not charge me for the visit and the mechanics time because no errors were found which was outstanding. More
