Unfortunately, our service department has been slammed with heavy work loads and a lack of loaner vehicles available. However, with the feedback that you have provided, it can be a learning experience for us all and help us to make some changes that would allow us to provide more accommodations to our customers. We are sorry and apologize for any miscommunication on our part. It was an honest mistake and we called you back immediately after we realized the mistake. The confusion was because there are Mustang GT parts and Mustang GT Version parts, and the Mustang GT parts are much harder to get and most don't have them on hand. Lakeshore was once a decent dealer ship. Stop in Lake shore see if you see any of the old staff there. Employees are leaving faster than the cars. They sold me two lemons in a row this year. More
