Great service department I had my 2012 ram in for repairs and had to deal with a third party warranty company. Megan was awesome and as a service department team got the warra I had my 2012 ram in for repairs and had to deal with a third party warranty company. Megan was awesome and as a service department team got the warranty company to stop dragging their feet and my truck was fixed at a price less than anticipated. Kudos to Megan, I cannot day enough how awesome she is and delightful to work with!! More

Worst Dealership Ever!! I purchased a 2019 Dodge Challenger, I worked with Rocco and he took about 5 hours to get us a deal and out the door. (Poor). Before I signed the pape I purchased a 2019 Dodge Challenger, I worked with Rocco and he took about 5 hours to get us a deal and out the door. (Poor). Before I signed the paperwork I asked about XM Radio and what was the time frame we would have it for. "Rocco" up to a year in most cars, ok so we buy the car and now we were never told that this vehicle did not have XM Radio capabilities. I called back and Rocco, really was not educated at all on the vehicles he was selling and told me later that oh! you have Apple Car play and Android something. I wanted a manager at that point because this was an important part of my purchase was to have XM radio because I have it in all of my other vehicles. I explained this to JC who is a manager I guess he was suppose to call me back never did! I called back the next day and he was trying to avoid my calls and I refused to let him take my name and number and call me back I wanted to talk right then and there! JC was rude and antagonizing to me and he made me feel like I made a bad decision all together, he was and talked to me like oh well you signed the paperwork so screw off! So I asked for John who was suppose to be the GM and he wasn't any better, he listened to my frustration but I can see why these people are so rude and uneducated is because they have a GM who really does not value the customer experience. BUYER BEWARE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! THIS IS A AWFUL AWFUL PLACE they do not care about people just making quota!!!!! More

Awful Not a good experience. Bought a $36,000 Truck and took it to get routine maintenance after 60 days of purchase as front was making a sound and find ou Not a good experience. Bought a $36,000 Truck and took it to get routine maintenance after 60 days of purchase as front was making a sound and find out it has a strut greased (to keep the noise from happening). Took for second opinion and both auto repair shops said "whoever sold you this knew there was something wrong." $2300 dollar bill later and texts from a manager (Nick) saying they wouldn't do that and the auto repair guys (family friends of mine) are xx-ing me. Lots of hassle that someone shouldn't have to deal with when spending that much money on a 2017 truck for 36k. More

Unprofessional and Discisive Sales Department Absolutely the WORST dealerships I have ever been too. Trade in value so are low ( close to highway robbery).
