However you purchased your vehicle and the oil change package at another dealership and this package was not applicable to your vehicle. It’s possible that they even threw it in for free which obviously has no value. We understood that you were unhappy and thus Megan offered to do your rotation for Free. Nathan Detwiler, we are sorry that you were dissatisfied with your experience. However, the story you tell is very one-sided and your email threats of your “High profile public job and serious word of mouth” seem to be some type of Review extortion for you not getting your way. The truth is that you requested a total “Out The Door” which is exactly what we provided before you made your journey here. We also explained that if the price did not work for you, that there was no issue on our part. You came to the dealership knowing the price and the few items in question but still wanted to negotiate those tires, alignment etc items. We explained to you that the vehicle was “As-IS” which you also acknowledged in an email. You even left the dealership when we would not agree to those items and then came back in and agreed to buy the vehicle. You also told us that you would be paying cash and then late Saturday told us that your money did not come in and that you would need to finance. The rate and loan fee was explained to you and we even offered you additional options to apply to other banks of which you declined. We understand that you buy and sell 6 vehicles a year and really wish the relationship could have been different. Unfortunately your tactic of submitting new leads of vehicles that have noting to do with your purchase so that you can give Bosak bad reviews does not fare well in that relationship. We have your email correspondence documenting this and would appreciate if you cease any further contact with our employees. Thank You
