We informed them that we were using the Protection Plan Oil Change and they proceeded to change the oil. When we went to pick up the vehicle they claimed that the Protection plan was for conventional oil only and the up charge of $52.00 was for synthetic oil. Chrysler Recommends/requires the use of synthetic oil in the Pacifica so why would a "Protection Plan" not use the recommended/required oil. If the charge for going from conventional oil to synthetic oil is $52 why is there a current offer for Full synthetic oil change, Tire rotation and multi-point inspection for $59.95??? Will not be going back. More

She kept in touch with us thru the entire process. We live 4 hours away and had to work around schedules and snow to get to the dealership. Once we were there Matthea and Melissa Burlison answered all our questions and had us back on the road in 2 hours. Amazing experience. Total Satisfaction. More
The Good Outcome: We drove two and a half hours to look at a specific vehicle and long story short, we ended up with the vehicle we wanted at a great price point! It did take quite a bit of haggling to ar at a specific vehicle and long story short, we ended up with the vehicle we wanted at a great price point! It did take quite a bit of haggling to arrive at this price point (we were cash buyers, not financing), which was frustrating at the time as we made it clear in the beginning of the negotiation, the price point we were willing to go out the door with but in the end we got the car we wanted and we're grateful to them for that! Room for improvement: When we arrived, there was no available parking. So, as anyone would do on a frigid cold winter day, we made our own parking spot.. We had made an appointment in advance and upon arrival, the sales representative we were scheduled to meet with, was on a test drive with another client. We were instructed to wait. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I asked if while we were waiting the car could be brought up for us to view. This seemed to take longer than it should and there was confusion of who was actually going to retrieve the car for us. Finally, it arrived and we test drove it (about 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment time). We decided we liked it. We went inside next and were asked if we had a vehicle to trade-in and when we said we did, we were asked to pull it around to a more accessible location for them to appraise it. This was disappointing as their parking situation was less than ideal, especially with the frigid weather and as the customer, I would have expected them to offer to go get the car and appraise it (as there were staff available and greeting customers through the door). But my husband happily went out and pulled the car around as requested. As I thought we were getting closer to seeing the numbers for making the deal, we had to wait an hour for the appraisal and paperwork to come... At this point we had been there for 2.5 hours and had only test drove the car.. Finally we were able to discuss numbers. The original paperwork we were presented included an additional $1400 glass-car coating feature that we did not opt-in for, $695 flat rate for 'used car repairs/updates' (we were informed that they charge every customer this flat amount) ((on the paperwork it stated this particular vehicle had received an oil and filter change, inspection, and detailing.. is that worth $695?)), and around $400 for tire locks and a security anti-theft system (as this dealership is in a rough area). We were quite disappointed to see all of these add-on prices for things we were not asked if we wanted. The sales representative did inform us however, that the pricing for the security attributes is stated on their website in fine print and that it is their company policy that they apply them to the vehicles as well as the $695 flat used-car updates pricing. We expressed our discontent with this and stated the price we were willing to pay. Finally, after 3 painful back-and-forth exchanges between us, the sales rep, and the sales manager, we finally reached a price-point we could agree upon. This was at 5:20 pm. We didn't end up leaving the dealership until 6:30 pm. So unfortunately, this encounter lasted much longer than it should have and didn't come without it's frustrations and painful haggling. But as I said in the beginning, we're very happy with the vehicle we received but there are a few things that could have gone smoother and been a little bit more customer-service-focused to have made us feel better about going through with it all (at one point after our 2nd negotiation, my husband started to get cold feet about the whole deal and almost wanted to bail!). On a final positive note, they did do us the favor of detailing the car before we left and filling it up with a full tank of gas, which was much appreciated! I would overall, recommend this dealership to others for the stock of vehicles they have and getting a car you want at a good price, but I would warn that the experience could be less than ideal at times and you may have second thoughts about proceeding with your purchase! She had the utmost customer care skills, very professional & truly cared about our needs on the purchase of our new Dodge Durango (which we absolutely love). We had driven a little over two hours to purchase our vehicle from Bosak Motors, which was well worth the trip & when we are ready to purchase another vehicle, we will definitely travel the extra miles to visit Bosak Motors again. We truly hope Metthea is still a sales consultant is there when that time comes. Again, she was absolutely wonderful & Bosak/Dodge should definitely be proud & honored to have such an exceptional employee on their team :-) More

First, the dealership did not honor the agreed upon selling price of the vehicle. They took advantage of my miscalculation of tax, and added it back to the selling price of the vehicle, which was agreed upon to be $217.71 less. My second concern was in the finance office. I was forced to finance the car with the dealerships bank because we were an out of state transaction. I confirmed multiple times with Nancie, the xxI manager, that there were no loan fees for using their bank, which was confirmed multiple times. The rate was astronomical and after receiving the documents from the bank, there was a $235 loan fee for opening the account. We had confirmed multiple times in the office that Bosak paid this fee and not me, as the customer. The used vehicle was generally in poor repair; requiring new tires, an alignment, a battery, and a few steering parts. These concerns were brought up during the test drive, but due to the "priced to clear" price, they were desperate to get it off the lot without performing any additional work. They were unable to provide me with any service documents from their intake inspection, which is also a bit concerning. In short, there is a huge difference in buying a car at a luxury dealership and buying a LUXURY car at this dealership... After requesting to be compensated the difference of $466.31, which is owed to me on our $35,000 purchase, I was rudely dismissed as if any of these discrepancies were my fault. More
