The service department is horrible!!! Bought a "CERTIFIED" 17 Dodge Challenger in September. Had it 8 days water pump went out, rear-end needed replaced, axle boot was leaking also radio was shutt "CERTIFIED" 17 Dodge Challenger in September. Every time it was in the shop we got the run around on it getting fixed and it was there forever. You would think when a customer spends $40,000 on a vehicle you would do everything possible to give them the best service. More

I tried to buy a used vehicle today. I was ready to drive a couple of hours to make purchase. I was excited about the car too! My experience with this dealership was horrible because of pricing. This price is misleading. They actually wanted $11,789.00 including fees and taxes. The taxes were only $771.00. I feel cheated out of it. I am insulted to have almost another thousand dollars added to the purchase price. Read the small print. I am insulted! How rude! More
