Extremely rude and arrogant sales rep (Tim McCormick). Multiple calls regarding pricing of a Pacifica they have on their lot. I Just purchased a 2020 dodge caravan from Bosak. From the wonderful salesman Dennis, to the financial department, to the service department I have nothing but wonderful complements for them. They were all friendly, took the time to listen to my goals and what I wanted and needed in a vehicle, and went above and beyond to fit the new vehicle in my budget. I can’t thank them enough. Shady business practices. Saw a vehicle online priced at $18,877, and I was prepared to pay that knowing the market. Went to their Stealership only to find out they really wanted $22k+ because of some pain $18,877, and I was prepared to pay that knowing the market. I asked about the difference and the man said the online price is list price, whatever that means. Had issues there before with service and I should have known better. stay away or be prepared to pay another $4k+ above their "Online List Price" Psh.. More

I bought a new vehicle from Bosak on April 29, 2021. As of today (June 26, 2021), I still do not have the paperwork necessary to get plates for my vehicle. Bosak is required by law to provide this paperwo of today (June 26, 2021), I still do not have the paperwork necessary to get plates for my vehicle. Bosak is required by law to provide this paperwork in 31 days. That should have happened on or before May 31, 2021. But after 59 days, I still cannot license my vehicle. Despite numerous requests for information and answers, Bosak still cannot provide me anything but vague promises. It is apparent to me that Bosak simply does not care. They made the sale. They booked their numbers for that month. The only “service after the sale” I have received is lip service. More
Been dealing with Doug and service department and I wouldn't trust taking my van any were else. Fast friendly service. They take time to tell you what you should replace and what has to be replaced. Our salesperson was great, that is about all I can say. During negotiations, all I heard was how sales and repairs were enemies and repairs did things they can not override. The dealer added things to the vehicle we did not want and had to negotiate off. The finance person did not let the salesperson know to order accessory purchased. Had to call after a week of waiting to get part ordered then schedule to have installed. The finance person set us up with financing, but did not disclose the additional finance fees the bank was going to tack on, these fees were not in the contract. I gave a one star for the dealership, but for some reason shows three stars. More
