I was undecided on a 2015 or a 2016 and wanted it detailed so when I got there I could leave right away. Dennis took it upon himself to hand detail both models so they looked brand new from the factory. Now I've been to a lot of dealerships, but never received VIP treatment any other time when I bought a car before. We were unable to do the deal on the day he worked due to scheduling conflicts, but he came in on his day off got me the vehicle I wanted with payments under I expected and I was in and out quicker then anytime I bought a car before. Dennis made my experience at Bosak Dodge the best car buying experience I've ever had and you are lucky to have such a great salesman like him there. A Frustrating Waste of Time. My husband and I took the time to look at a used vehicle at Bosak of Merrillville. We took the car out for a test drive and liked the vehicle enough My husband and I took the time to look at a used vehicle at Bosak of Merrillville. We took the car out for a test drive and liked the vehicle enough to want to make an offer. We asked the salesperson ahead of time to give us their best offer less the taxes so that neither of us wasted each others time. As we were waiting to find out what the price was going to be another salesperson asked for the key to this vehicle to show to another supposed potential buyer. We still waited to see what the price would be in hopes that we could make a deal. Needless to say the salesperson came back with the original sales price no deal aside of waiving a doc fee of $200. We were pretty upset that we were treated so disrespectfully while trying to negotiate. The offer they came back with was equally as disturbing. If the dealership's goal is to sell vehicles new or used it is not the approach I would expect to achieve this. As of now I have received two phone calls a voicemail and an email trying to make a deal with me. I did not give my phone number or my email to them so they could try and get my business after the fact. I think this dealership is rude and a complete scam. I would never recommend them to anyone. So the thought of having to take a 2014 Jeep Patriot with over 100,000 miles in and trade it in to buy a new car was overwhelming. At no point during our time at Bosak did I feel pressured to buy a better car or a cheaper car...he didn't usher us over the pre-owned vehicles. He was just as excited and determined to get us in our car as we were. When we told him which car we wanted he took us out and went over every detail. He made even the smallest detail seem exciting. He might as well have been trying to sell us a Ferrari. Melissa in the finance department is bother short of a magician. She took a situation that really had no hope and got us approved. We walked out with an awesome car and kept our payment within the range we wanted to be in. Honestly, I could go on and on...but what it comes down to is the only stop you need to make when buying your next car is Andrew West's desk. You won't have a better experience with anyone else at any other dealership. More

Reached out to Andrew West of Bosak Motors and he hooked me up with a great deal on a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. Andrew is the most honest person I've ever interacted with during a car purchase. He let me know over the phone of every minor item he could see on the Jeep SRT. Everything he pointed out turned out to be of no consequence, but his upfront honesty impressed me. The price for the Jeep SRT was excellent, the car was available within 24 hours and was exactly as advertised. In addition I left my golf clubs in a rental car I had to drive to the dealer to pick up the Jeep SRT for my wife. Andrew arranged for someone to go to the car rental location, pick up my clubs and shipped them to my house. I've never experienced service like that. Andrew also connected me with Melissa in the Bosak financing department who arranged everything in advance of my arrival. I was in and out of the dealership in less than hour. My wife loves her Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT which replaced the same year Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit and I'm a happy camper because my golf clubs returned the next day. Andrew's business acumen, values and honesty are something I doubt anyone could find elsewhere. I would highly recommend anyone looking for any type of vehicle to connect with Andrew. More
