1st time service department user AC was not working in my 2000 GMC Sierra. Got me in early and finished the job that same day. Very impressed how courteous and professional the staff is. What I was most impressed with was the tech. I entered my vehicle and started it up, AC now working and ready to back out and leave. The tech comes out of the service department and asks me to roll down the window. He has the defective part in his hand and proceeds to tell me what he had done. Then proceeds to tell me he washed the insulation cover and apologized if there would be any residual drips from the cleaning. Not fixed !!! 2014 Chevrolet camaro in for service for misfire .After more than a day of trying to diagnose problem they decide its carbon build up and do nothing b 2014 Chevrolet camaro in for service for misfire .After more than a day of trying to diagnose problem they decide its carbon build up and do nothing but clean valves. Return vehicle to me 2 days later saying its fixed. Dont even make it home and car starts shaking and losing power. Take it back next day and im told their computers down cant do anything. Dont offer to take vehicle in so i drive it home with a misfire. Terrible service with obviously unqualified mechanics. More
