I liked how attentive Ryan was to our needs. He seemed to actually care about us. To me, this was a huge deal. Ryan was very pleasant and when we discussed a price range that I was willing to pay he was able to get me a vehicle in that range with the features I had to have. When I asked about a few minor touch- range that I was willing to pay he was able to get me a vehicle in that range with the features I had to have. When I asked about a few minor touch-ups he said he would have them done before I pick the car up in the morning. This was the second used vehicle purchased by my family from the Used Auto Group at Arnell and we will consider Arnell for any used vehicle in the future. I can't answer the Quality of Work since I haven't seen it yet. More
