Working with Larry was great. He answered all our questions and had us test drive both vehicles that we were interested in. The dealership also got us a better interest rate than we walked in with (which was exceptionally good to begin with). After we purchased our new car, he spent alot of time showing us all the options and how they worked. After a few days, he called to see if we had any quesions or needed any help setting up bluetooth, home remote system or the XM radio. He went over and above customer service we had at prior dealerships. More
Ryan was an absolute stellar salesman. He was friendly, likable, and very professional. I walked out of the dealership with a better vehicle than I could've imagined, at a great price. Although it was difficult to finance me at a good rate due to a financial mess left behind from my divorce, Ryan worked diligently with the finance manager and myself to get a price that was within my budget. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and found that for me. Never did he try to steer me away from what I was looking for. We were blown away with the whole Arnell experience!!! It was more than we ever expected it would be. We had a financial hardship in 2008 and unfortunately, it put our credit in the dumpster. The Arnell Group never made us feel like losers or that we could not be helped. Michael was kind, very smart, courteous and went that extra mile for us. He even made us a pot of fresh coffee while we waited for our documents to be prepared. That is above and beyond in our eyes. He is an asset to your company and a stellar employee. Chris in finance was awesome and worked very hard to get us that payment we could afford. He truly knows the meaning of outstanding customer service. Rob made us feel like we were in his living room enjoying the Cubs while watching a big screen TV. He was a gem and we enjoyed his knowledge of the dealership. Tom has a knack to pull people in with just a conversation on the phone. Truly a genuine guy with lots of passion for his job. The only negative is that our car does not have electric locks or windows. Since we are not used to this, it has been difficult to get used to. Is there anything you can do for us in that aspect??? Our opinions about suggested vehicles were embraced, and the price point we gave was accepted and honored. The salesperson, Ryan Smith, was patient, attentive, and funny besides. The sales manager, Tom Seely, was a pure professional. Tom's knowledge of the lot's vehicles and attention to our needs helped us find a perfect car for our family. Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She worked with us to find the financing and warranty package that best suited our finicky needs and budget. She was terrific. All in all, we enjoyed our finest day of purchasing a car today at Arnell Motors. We will go back there time and again for all of our family's automotive needs. More

This is our first vehicle purchase at Arnell and know that I will never buy anthoner vehicle from any other dealership ever again. Ryan is a great assest to this dealership. He was very friendly and honest. He is not like your typical car salesman and we have delt with plenty. We came to the dealership 10 minutes before closing and thought we would have to come back the next day but Ryan walked up and asked if we were being helped. Ryan stayed after closing for us to purchase a vehicle and went beyond his time to get us in a vehicle. If you want a great price and NO PRESSURE go to ARNELL and ask for Ryan Smith. I would definitely recommend Arnell to family and friends! The only regret you will have when you walk out is not buying all your vehicles from this dealerhip! More

There was no high pressure with any car we test drove so it was easy to evaluate both the good and bad aspects of each vehicle. That made the final decision seem like the perfect choice. Ryan was wonderful even after the sale was completed. Despite the discomfort of a hot, sticky day, he was amazingly patient and helpful taking the time to explain every single button on the dashboard - sometimes twice. Ryan is truly a credit to himself and to Arnell. He goes a great job destroying the "used car salesman" stereotype. More
Overall I was very pleased with this dealership. We purchased a used 2005 Corvette. We had contact with both Tom Seely and our primary salesperson, Chip Ganshaw. We were able to test drive the vehicle without any hassle & Chip was informative but not pushy. He checked in with me a couple times & let me know when he was going to be unavailable. When he was unavailable I worked with Tom who also got back with me promptly concerning our offer. When we arranged to purchase the vehicle it was possible that due to our drive we might run slightly past their open time. Chip volunteered to stay late to accommodate us should it be necessary which was greatly appreciated. The fellow who worked our final paperwork was also very pleasant. The only item I wish had been brought up priorly was a $150 dealership charge that had not been mentioned. The car seems to be in great shape and we feel we purchased it at a fair price. The information on their internet site provided us all the information we needed on the car/ there were no surprises concerning its appearance/ options. More
