Our purchase with Arnell was bar none the easiest and best vehicle purchase either of us have EVER had. I'm usually one who doesn't care for dealerships so much. But this dealer really impressed me.My family and I have visited several dealerships before and walked away disappointed.Finally someone referred me But this dealer really impressed me.My family and I have visited several dealerships before and walked away disappointed.Finally someone referred me to Arnell in Northwest Indiana and when I drove to their lot, the first thing that came to mind was how great of a selection they have.When I walked in, there was no "awkwardness" either.It seemed like they were busy the day I went, but my salesmen Don Furcsik and Chevy manager Rob Henderson still made a great effort to answer each of my questions and explain everything to me, from features of the car to financing options. I was very pesty but Don and Rob were very patient and understanding and surprisingly I didn't feel pressured at any time. They even told me about discounts that I could receive, discounts that I didn't even know I could get, so that was really nice. To add on, two relatives recently wrecked their vehicles due to the weather, and I referred them to Arnell's body shop and service. Each one told me how awesome Stacy and Melissa were at making the process real easy and smooth. I never met a finer staff. Thanks again Arnell. When I walked into the Arnell Used Car dealership, Ryan Smith walked right up to me and my mother, introduced himself to us and immediately and professionally started talking buisiness with us. The cruze is great. I have only been driving the car for a few days, but so far it has been great. The only thing is the heater. My other car seem to heat up faster and defrost better. I have been taking my friends and coworkers for lunch in the cruze and they really seem to enjoy it. Mr. Walker was on vacation at the time of sale, but he was really helpful to me for many months on the purchase of my car. The understanding, diligent customer service shown by Chris Dill and Paul Pumroy was, without question, outstanding. Not only did they have 2 of 3 vehicles I needed in stock, but worked with me in a very friendly, reassuring manner to locate the 3rd vehicle needed. Even when a dealer trade vehicle was not in proper condition when they arrived to pick it up at the other dealership, they dug their heels in without complaining and found another vehicle immediately. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding in the face of adversity as they covered every detail without worry on my part. Furthermore, they were fair on price as I received proposals from 4 dealerships including Arnell. My overall experience during this hectic time was outstanding, and their patience in working with me, allowing me to test drive multiple vehicles, and communicating with me was very much appreciated. They even dropped off the vehicles at the graphic design shop for me. These small details set these gentlemen and Arnell apart from the rest.
