Words cannot describe the wonderful experience I had at Arnell. First, Tracy is wonderful. She knew I was looking around and understood my credit & budget. She kept me in the loop on new inventory. She would send me a hello once a week and even sent me a "hope your feeling better" when I was sick. Didn't ask me about if I was ready to purchase. Just a simple hello. THAT WON ME OVER!!! Then I met Albert. Again the same experience. NO HOUNDING. He bent over backwards to help me with the 2005 Equinox. EVEN ON HIS DAY OFF-- he made calls and got the car checked out and repaired for me. Then on 1/21 he came in on his day off after the snow storm to help out moving cars and to get my deal done. Then there is Chris in finance who was able to find a lender to assist my needs. And last, there is Jen who closed the deal and ran all the paperwork! We laughed and bonded. Then on top of all this wonderfulness... they held the car til Monday for me til I could get help moving cars around. AND when that fell thru, Albert was there to help me out and play shuffle the cars around. If every dealership used the same method as Arnell car buying wouldn't be such a dreaded thing to do. When I am ready to purchase again Arnell is the place I will be going to. Thank you Arnell for having such a warm, friendly and positive team that actually understands their customers. My husband and I were looking for a used car for around $10,000 for a 1st car for our teen-age daughter. We had looked on-line and only found cars with tons of millage that we really didn't want so we hea $10,000 for a 1st car for our teen-age daughter. We had looked on-line and only found cars with tons of millage that we really didn't want so we headed out to Arnell's as we had learned that the car called the Aveo could be bought in our price range with less millage. Our salesperson, Albert, showed us a car that had just come in to their dealership that met our criteria. Our daughter had already found an Aveo at the Merrillville dealership that she loved except that it didn't have power windows or locks. Albert had the blue car serviced for Michelle to see "on the fly" so she could decide which of the two cars she wanted. As parents, we really wanted her to make the decision and were extremely happy that Albert did not put any excessive pressure on her (which we have seen salespeople do in the past). Michelle did decide on the blue car as it did have power windows and locks and less millage. We went home and thought about it and since we were so happy with the price of the car and all the people we had come into contact with at Arnells we decided to go back and add on the 100,000 mile warranty. Truly, everyone at the dealership were very friendly and knowledgeable and our overall experience was wonderful. We will be glad to recommend the Arnell Auto Group to everyone. More
