Once we had finished our review of the products that we were interested in he told us of a vehicle that would meet our needs. We test test drove the vehicle and received a price based on the internet no haggle price. We proceded to negotiate the price and talked with Mike to finalize the deal. Larry arranged payment and the vehicle was washed and ready for delivery within the hour. The people there let us pick out the vehicle that we wanted and were willing to deal on the price. We struck a fare deal and received prompt sales attention. Not the usual run around between the finance guy, management and the sales person that you get every where else. They knew their business and treated you like you knew something about purchasing an automobile. More

James introduced us to the Arnell staff in various departments and showed us the facility and what it had to offer. James then introduced us to Larry Regal to discuss purchasing the extended warranty through Zurich. Larry certainly made the deal for us and we now have extended the new car warranty additional 7 years/75,000 miles. Warranty is not bumper to bumper, but is kind of like removing the body and caring for the rest. As any vehicle we did a few trips into the service department and met Justin and Kyle. Both of these guys make certain it happens for you. Then we met Anthony. He does the detailing of vehicles at Arnell. We had purchased a 2012 Volt that had been setting for some time. We would say approximately winter and summer. The car needed some extra care to restore the "VOLT" to show room shape. Anthony had to been obsessive on our new VOLT. It turned out gorgeous. Would we recommend Arnell Chevy/Kia to others? ABSOLUTELY! P.S. Once you get a VOLT you will never want to go back to a solely powered gas vehicle. The VOLT is awesome! More

My most recent experience at Arnell Chevrolet was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. My Chevrolet Malibu began having problems with the electronic system connected to the accelorato best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. However, that wasn't the most disappointing part; the most depressing aspect of the whole thing was that I had just recently driven out of my car's manufacturer warranty. We called a few area dealers (since we live an hour from Arnell), and they notified us that there was nothing they could do unless we wanted to pay full price for the repair. We decided to give Arnell a try, since we had been so happy with them in the past. Arnell had my car in the shop that same day, had negotiated with Chevrolet to pay for the repair, and had the part ordered and put in that following Wednesday. Many car dealers promote themselves by saying they go over and above for their customers, but when the time comes, when you really need help, a majority of them find reasons why they can't help you. Arnell didn't make any excuses; they did everything they could to help me and they succeeded. I couldn't be happier, and I will be sure to tell others about the wonderful job you guys do. Thank you for everything; I will surely be back. More

On Friday, 19 Apr 2013, I had the pleasant experience of leasing a 2013 Equinox at Arnell Chevrolet; this was my first experience with leasing a vehicle. However, due to the extremely knowledgeable staff, i leasing a 2013 Equinox at Arnell Chevrolet; this was my first experience with leasing a vehicle. However, due to the extremely knowledgeable staff, including James Walker, salesman, Chris Dill, assistant sales manager, and Jennifer Sauri, finance manager, everything went smoothly and stress free. After the sale Mr. Walker provided an excellent explanation of the details of my leased vehicle, especially concerning the operation and maintenance and all the many options included on it. He took time to answer all my questions and assisted in the activation of the OnStar system. I intend to contact Mr. Walker for all my vehicle needs in the future. I will also recommend him to my friends and family with the confidence and trust that he will provide them with the same level of professional, knowledgeable and efficient service that I received. I was frustrated after traveling 165 miles away from home to look at cars at a different dealership that had already been sold. When I say this was my best car buying experience ever. For starters I was only offered cars to drive that met the description I said I was looking for. Dan "the man" worked so hard to get me what I needed and at the price I needed it.Chip the manager joined in on the search and worked just as hard. This impressed me because earlier that day the other dealership I had gone to the Manager did not even come out of his office for our 11:15a appointment that had been scheduled days prior.... Jen the finance specialist great also, a pleasant end to my time at Arnell/Kia. My personal opinion is these guys are great. When I called Dan prior to coming out Dan said "we're the best, we have the best financing and the best cars". The cockyness in that made me want to check them out and I am so glad I did.
