I will NEVER come here again.first tried to drop off my car and was told there was not an opening till a full week.ok fine.no problem because I wanted I will NEVER come here again.first tried to drop off my car and was told there was not an opening till a full week.ok fine.no problem because I wanted the $100 off if I got my problem fixed at arnell where I bought my car.came in at my appointment time at 9am the next monday and was helped in a very fast,courteous and professional manner by a nice young lady working the service drive up line.she walked me over to the service desk and whispered I needed help to the guy(ted jr) while he was on the phone.i stood patiently until he was finished with his conversation.bout time he finished, an ederly couple had came in BEHIND me by at least 2 minutes.it was obvious he knew them because once he hung up the phone, he completely ignored my presence and began to talk to them about personal things and helping them before me.the young lady saw his mistake and told him that I was actually next, not them.he then told the girl to bring their car around and started to help me but still continued to talk to them instead of me.communication after I left my car was horrible.mechanic called and said what was wrong and what my warranty covered.i said ok, fix it.was told the parts will arrive tuesday and will be done tuesday evening, wednesday morning at the very latest.i ended up having to call wednesday afternoon to find out whats going on.i had to call again thursday evening and was told the guy working on my car had off days and couldnt finish.finally called friday morning and said dont touch it, im coming to pick it up.took me to do that to finally get a completion promise of friday evening.when I picked it up saturday morning and paid, another displeasant surprise occured.i was told that since they didnt fix the original problem I initially called in about when I made the appointment and not what was diagnosed from the check egine light, I was not elgible for the $100 discount.why does that matter whats getting fixed?I still spent $462.long story short...I bought a car from arnell for $9000 including a warranty that I was told was the best and covered everything.its only been 11 mos and I spent $1500 and the warranty covered none of it.will never buy another car from arnell or use their service department ever again!!! More
Unparalleled Customer Service! Arnell Kia was not my first choice when it came to purchasing a new car. In fact, I walked out of 4 dealerships (2 of them in the sales numbers negotiation phases) prior to visiting Arnell Kia to test drive the 2014 Kia Rio. I called and spoke to Lou about a test drive. Showed up 3 hours later for the drive. Lou is extremely personable. What sets him apart from other dealers I'd previously encountered? He's not pushy at all and he actually takes a genuine interest in customer needs! I came back the next day and Lou got the paperwork rolling for me. He didn't play sales games with me, he didn't waste my time, and he has maintained regular contact with me to keep the communication lines open. I can't express how satisfied I am with the service Lou has provided me and how awesome Arnell Kia is to work with. They've made a customer for life in me. I'll be recommending these guys for the foreseeable future. These guys are really top notch. More

terrible customer service I purchased a 2015 KIA Sorento in April of this year from Arnell KIA in Burns Harbor, IN. I took the vehicle back to Arnell for clear coating, under I purchased a 2015 KIA Sorento in April of this year from Arnell KIA in Burns Harbor, IN. I took the vehicle back to Arnell for clear coating, undercoating, fabric protection and windshield treatment. My vehicle caught on fire in the service area during the night. I didn't receive call from anyone apologizing for the total loss of my Sorento with only 300 miles on it. Didn't offer a way back home (110 miles from Arnell KIA), or any reassuring words. Haven't heard anything except it is my fault there was a fire because I let Ziebart put on my trailer hitch instead of the Arnell. According to the General Manager the hitch caused the fire and because I saved money by going to Ziebart. IStill waiting to hear what they will do about my $30,000 loss. More
