Not honouring supper pricing Tried to purchase a 2017 Yukon Denali from this dealership the first part of June ,but didn't have any success. They told me my supplier rate was 4100 dollars off list and they would only give 16500 for my 2011 ford lariat limited with 96000 miles. I was told that the truck market was soft ,so I told David that wasn't even close to my numbers and I left with a bad taste about this dealership probably won't deal with them in the future. More
Quick and easy oil change and tire rotation Anne was very pleasant to work with, she answered all of my questions and took very good care of me as always. Service stinks. Totally incompetent service manager. Pays no attention to details. Has plenty of excuses why things are still wrong when you pick up your vehicle. Totally incompetent service manager. The Place to buy a car. This is the 3rd car we have got from Harbor and are very happy with our choice. There was no pressure to buy at any time. We were trying to decide between 2 different cars, and the sales staff let it be our choice. I doubt we buy another new car at our age, but if we do, it will be there. More

Found vehicle online, when talking to the finance manager, I told him I wanted it for that price. he said "don't waste my time we don't sell it for that price and there are no incentives. he told me manager, I told him I wanted it for that price. he said "don't waste my time we don't sell it for that price and there are no incentives. he told me not to waste his time 4 times, would give me no information on anything. payments quoted online were 63.00 more. I came in the next day and told him I changed my mind, he handed my my deposit check, shredded my application and walked out without saying a word to me. Went to Arnell Chevy in Burns Harbor, had a wonderful experience, bought the car I wanted and got it for the price quoted online. i would never recommend Harbor chevrolet. More
Do NOT deal with these people - even if your dream car is there. Take the time and find another dealership and avoid these people at all costs. I dealt with a salesman named Tony - very unfriendly and unpr there. Take the time and find another dealership and avoid these people at all costs. I dealt with a salesman named Tony - very unfriendly and unprofessional, he seemed to have anger issues. But I was an aggressive buyer, I knew the exact vehicle I wanted and the price I was willing to pay - no need to waste anyone's time with games. I quickly negotiated the price and moved on to finance and Jeff. What a hot mess that guy is - never once did he initiate communication, it was all me. And each discussion always left me feeling like I was an annoyance. You might be thinking, oh the problem is this guy not the dealership - wrong. I was dealing with three other dealerships at the time and had not one issue with any of the other three. These people are clowns who clearly have no idea what good customer service is. If you don't believe me - just go there and you will learn the hard way. Ultimately I found a better vehicle (same make/model but with fewer models and more options) at a better price - saved over $3,000 on price and financing. I'm very happy my deal didn't work out and the best part is Tony's last statement was "give us 10 minutes and Roger will finalize the deal and we will call you back" and by the 11th minute I was on the phone to the other dealer closing that deal instead. Guess what I never heard from them - what is up with that? More

They didn't take the time to listen to my car when it had issues because they only had 1 person on staff and they said This dealership is HORRIBLE!!! They didn't take the time to listen to my car when it had issues because they only had 1 person on staff and they said that it should be ok and to make an apt the following week... 2 days later, the car was dead and wouldn't start at all. They were not helpful at all when I called to tell them the situation and they wouldn't take any responsibility for it at all. You better believe I will travel elsewhere to go to another dealership for any needs in the future! More
