took my buick in for oil change & tire rotation. marked my tires to make sure they were rotated. this came with a multipoint inspection.when I picked up my car to my dismay my marked tires were in th marked my tires to make sure they were rotated. this came with a multipoint inspection.when I picked up my car to my dismay my marked tires were in the same place as when i dropped it off. they were not rotated but the inspection revealed my brakes were good. how do you inspect the brakes without taking the ties off?so I was riding around with my family thinking my brakes were good when they were not even inspected they lied to us and got caught.on top of all this they did this not once but TWICE!! CROOKS!!!!!! More

In this crazy time of buying/selling cars, we drove 5 1/2 hours to this Dealership to purchase an in-stock vehicle that we found on the GM website that matched our wants. Shawna, the internet manager, was very helpful in getting our questions answered prior to our visit. The Dealership is very clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Tim Crosier, advocated for us in getting any discount that applied to the vehicle. Tim was knowledgeable about the many features the car had, and took time to explain them to us. The Sales Manager, Chris, worked with us on pricing the dealer add-ons that had been previously done to the vehicle. We believe we received a good trade in value for our car (with Tim's help). We would recommend this dealership for anyone considering a new car purchase. More

You were given a 2 for whether or not we would recommend, here is why... We were told that there is a computer chip available that could be installed for $170 ish dollars. This issue that was caused by a b here is why... We were told that there is a computer chip available that could be installed for $170 ish dollars. This issue that was caused by a bad chip has been existing & haunting us since we bought the truck in Sept. 2019. Whether your records show & has been documented or not, but I'm sure there should be a few that we showed our displeasure & brought the vehicle to the dealership numerous times & were told that when a chip becomes available that they would inform us so that it could be replaced. We are now told that because the vehicle is out of warranty for this part that was reported numerous times while under warranty that we will be charged to fix what was wrong in the first place. Thank You, Anxiously awaiting a positive reply that Bosak Chevrolet is going to do the right thing by installing this part at no cost to us. Jeff & Julie Santana More

On our way from northern Michigan to Kansas for a college visit at KSU for our daughter, our engine light came on and the vehicle wasn't running right. We made it to Michigan City for the night and discovere visit at KSU for our daughter, our engine light came on and the vehicle wasn't running right. We made it to Michigan City for the night and discovered Bosak Chevrolet was just across the highway from our hotel (stroke of pure luck). Was very pleased to discover they open at 7:00 am for service as we still had a 10 hour drive to make to get to Manhattan Kansas. Long story short, I stopped in just after they opened for the day and was greeted promptly with an ear for concern by Service Advisor, Amber Nieman. What a great experience from beginning to end by all staff members at this dealership, but especially Amber. Thank you for making an unexpected bad situation much better and handled with such concern, care and professionalism. We were on the road around noon and made it to our final destination so our daughter can make her in-person interview for vet school at KSU. I should also mention that they also drove to another dealership to retrieve the needed part, drove me to/from the dealership and hotel while the vehicle was being worked on, and the dealership is very neat, clean and orderly, with fresh hot coffee while you wait. Simply put, what an all-around pleasant and overwhelming positive vehicle repair experience! Thank you again Amber and Bosak Chevrolet!! More
