I was scheduling my car to go in for a safety recall and trying to get a rental car was a struggle. They were going to charge me 10 dollars a day for the car even though the safety recall from Ford states trying to get a rental car was a struggle. Our sales agent, Nick Antuma, was excellent. He was so easy to work with and keep us informed as to the progress on our ordered Ford Edge. Overall a great dealership. Borgman, in my experience, always looks to make things right. The buying experience was top notch, quick and efficient. Trading in a vehicle is rarely a fun experience, and I can’t really say it better at Borgman, but it’s by far not the worst I’ve ever dealt with.
