Not only did he get the problem figured out within a few hours, but he was great to communicate with both me and my husband as well as a transmission shop in our area. Above and beyond! We can't thank him enough for his quick response which allowed up to decide it's time to get her a new car. He put us touch with Curt who helped me identify a car in our budget on their lot that would be perfect for her. I had the online listing and nothing else. I hit the road the following morning to drive 5hrs and not really sure what I would find when I got there. Curt and I went back and forth, sharing info throughout the day to get as much handled virtually as we could. From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt this would be a different car buying experience. Curtis is the ultimate professional and the kind of guy that you instantly connect with. He was great at explaining all of the features of the car, the FordPass app and warranty info. I was so happy when I saw the car and it was better than I ever imagined. It was immaculate, inside and out. I'm so thankful that Curt was able to help me from so far away. It's comforting to know that although we are far away, Borgman Ford is there to help our daughter with anything she needs regarding this car.
