Due to Fords swollen lug nuts problems that apparently is the buyers problem , I had to buy 20 new lug nuts on Amazon to replace the original crap lug nuts that came with the car! My vehicle is a 2018 ford the buyers problem , I had to buy 20 new lug nuts on Amazon to replace the original crap lug nuts that came with the car! My vehicle is a 2018 ford edge! I had a “free brake inspection”coupon, so I asked if they could take off the crap lug nuts, and put on my new lug nuts I just bought since they had to take off my tires anyways to inspect my brakes! They said they would!! After inspecting my brakes, a lady from behind the register sat down beside me and told me my brakes were really bad and disintegrating! She then asked me if I wanted all 4 brakes and rotors done that day! I told her no because I was going to do it myself! I had already purchased the brake pads, and rotors but I couldn’t take my tires off due to the crap lug nuts! I went home and did my own brakes! There was still 1/4” pad left on the front brakes and 1/8” on the back brakes!! They lied and the pads were not disintegrating and my old rotors were still great shape! I don’t like being lied to! Beware!! More
