Very Satisfied Customer 2015 Since moving to greater Cincinnati back in winter of 2005, I have dealt with only two new car dealerships. Why, because of the professionalism of management, the staff, the service department and the general at Atmosphere. Everyone that I come in contact with are very much "people persons". It is genuine, you can't fake caring about people. I have a wonderful sales person that I've worked with on all (6) transactions. I love the fact that unlike most dealerships, he has been there the entire (10) plus years that my family and I have been in greater Cincinnati. He knows my family and no matter what reason I am at the dealership, he always finds me to say hello and ask about the family. I really have no desire to deal with any other car dealership. Repeating Customer I have been dealing with Borcherding since 2002 when my daughter bought her new Grand Am GT. Since that time I have purchased a 2004 Grand Prix and 2 I have been dealing with Borcherding since 2002 when my daughter bought her new Grand Am GT. Since that time I have purchased a 2004 Grand Prix and 2011 Lacrosse from Borcherding. One reason I keep coming back is I prefer GM cars. Other reasons I keep coming back to Borcherding is the competitive pricing, customer service, and service department, to name just a few. I have always been very satisfied with the service I receive on my cars and feel that I have been treated fairly. All the people I have dealt with at Borcherding have given me the confidence that they have my best interest in mind. I appreciate the follow ups and service reminders I continue to receive long after the initial purchase. Its one thing to go through the negotiation process and feel as though the staff you are working with are true to their word and honest, but 2 days later to see the vehicle you just purchased show up on cargurus.com for $1500 less than you purchased for, and at time of sell be told by Tom that there was no way car price could go lower, only to be told a lie by Tom again that the lower price was triggered by a mistake trying to remove the listing off of the internet, then moments later have an internet rep from Borcherding call my wife cell phone asking if her prev interest in the vehicle from an earlier test drive weeks ago was still there, because now the car is offered at $27843, and not $29,777(of which she informed this ignorant rep that in fact she was sitting in said vehicle purchased 2 days earlier from the dealer...NOT for the $27843 price, but for $29,411)....well then that's the Borcherding way!!! Believe me, your money will be better appreciated and respected elsewhere!!! More
