"Trash dea Since my review won't post to Google reviews I thought I'd share here. This review was written about 2 1/2 months ago, update at the end. "Trash dealership. Went to look at an 08 evo on 5/27, got to the dealership and fell in love with the car. The salesman we worked with told us that in order to test drive we had to do a credit check. We left and wrote a 1 star review based on that, no yelling no arguing. We went back on the 29th to see if we could talk them into a test drive without the check, they said it wasn't explained well to us and they just needed to "run numbers" first. They basically asked if I could afford it and then we took it out without the credit check. They agreed to replace the torn up backseat if I was to buy the car and delete the 1 star review. We changed it to a 5 star believing that paying 4k over kbb was worth having it. Car ran well for the first week, then the check engine light came on coming home from work followed by the car not starting for awhile. We got it started and drove it to Skyline who said that the cars ecu was basically trash. DOZENS of codes were reported. Around $500 later the car was fixed and runs fine. We tried calling booth before fixing it to see if they would help out a bit, we got a "was the car running when you left the lot?" Followed by "I'll talk with the GM, and give you a call back". Never got a call back. Now the car doesn't pass emissions, not looking to them to fix it, they don't care after the car rolls off the lot. Plus most of their 5 star reviews are not even linked to a google account and have given multiple car dealers across the US 5 star ratings within a couple months?... stay away folks, unless you're into getting ripped off! Now queue Booths "call us so we can help" comment." Update, the car is still having problems. When the headlights are on the whole car shuts down. It goes into limp mode and couldn't get out of its own way. So far I've dumped about 900 into trying to figure out the problem. It's been at the shop for the last 2 weeks and they haven't found the issue yet. Don't buy from Booth, just a bunch of money hungry guys not caring if they screw you. Gotta collect that paycheck! Run Away! Only leaving one star since I have to. Should be zero. Traded my Expedition for something more gas efficient. Decided on a subaru imprezza only after Only leaving one star since I have to. Should be zero. Traded my Expedition for something more gas efficient. Decided on a subaru imprezza only after jumping they the hoops of finance and hours at a dealership before even test driving a single car! As soon as I got home I saw an oil leak in my garage which was eventually "fixed" only to have a bigger leak a month later. Oh and the paint on the entire front bumper came off at the first at home car wash that was done. (Hose pressure water!) The reason I was told was because I drove thru hydrolic fluid that someone else dropped on the road. They were gracious enough to offer me a deal in re-painting it at full cost to me! Buyers beware! I wish I would have know about this place before I went in and got suckered with a lemon that is now my problem! Do your research! More

Check engine light came on in a week and would not start. Spent several hundred dollars to get it running and now it won't pass emissions. When I called to have them help me the finance manager asked if I bought a warrantee with the car.....we didn't. Then he asked if it was running when we left the lot.........Buyer beware! They offered me a hundred dollars...lol they suck! More
Lacks integrity After the terms of my trade and used car were finalized and negotiated (I have emails to prove it!), they tried to renegotiate the terms of my trade w After the terms of my trade and used car were finalized and negotiated (I have emails to prove it!), they tried to renegotiate the terms of my trade when I showed up at the dealership, Although they had looked at my car the first time I was in, they claimed they had to "drive it" to verify its worth. I've had several dealers look at the car and would give excellent reviews. This dealership lacks integrity. They were obviously using a negotiation tactic to get extra money out of me after I basically committed to buy the car.... BEWARE! More
Liars, cheats, scammers, and untrustworthy Liars, scammers, crooked, con-artists, and untrustworthy! They will lie to your face, over the phone or in an email. They had my truck for a week. Liars, scammers, crooked, con-artists, and untrustworthy! They will lie to your face, over the phone or in an email. They had my truck for a week. They "fixed" the starter and tighten a radiator clamp. $245 dollars and 10 miles later my truck started smoking and shooting flames out the back catching the side of the highway on fire. I called them, their response "not our problem, you drove it off the lot, we did you a favor and we hooked you up". Not once did anyone say, "We're sorry, bring it back and we'll look at it" or "are you ok and safe". Or "how about we send a tow truck to help you out"? They took no responsibility at all, none! They had it a week, it wasn't shooting out flames when I brought it in. It wasn't smoking when I brought the truck in for service. How did they do me a favor and "hook" me up when I paid them. They keep repeating the truck you traded in was junk, oh really? When they went out and test drove it and offered me money for it was junk, the motor was blown? I drove it to you lot with a blown motor, interesting. Remember when I turned over the keys I said, "you are taking my truck 'as is'". Their "fix" has nothing to do with my trade in, it has to do with their crappy service department. They stand behind nothing, zero integrity, ZERO! Here are the people to look out for, Don, salesman, liar and con-artists. Jeremiah, GM, liar, crooked as a snake. Nick Booth another GM and OWNER, and xxxxxxx who yelled at my wife on the phone. "We owe you nothing, you bought the truck as is. Stop calling us to fix the truck". What a real winner, A+ for customer service and honesty, that is sarcasm by the way, in case you aren't that smart to get it, NICK! I hope Booth Motors reads this, it is my mission to warn as many people I can about you crooked ways and dishonesty. Stay away from this place! Nothing but a bunch of crappy vehicles and filled with untrustworthy people who make a living lying to people and taking money. This place is a total joke. Wish I never got involved with this place.
