Not sure which is worse, sales or service. When I was looking to buy a Wrangler, the salesman could not answer my questions, did not offer a test drive, and never even got my name or number fo When I was looking to buy a Wrangler, the salesman could not answer my questions, did not offer a test drive, and never even got my name or number for follow up. When I brought my Ram truck in for service, all I needed was an oil change. Going through the “Express” line with only one car in front of me took nearly 2 hours. Bottom line, go somewhere else. I made an appointment for various items to be fixed on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. I have an extended warranty through Ally. I took the vehicle over the night prior to the appt. as instructed to drop off. Two day 2015 Jeep Wrangler. I have an extended warranty through Ally. I took the vehicle over the night prior to the appt. as instructed to drop off. Two days later, nothing had been done and the only correspondence was my attempt four or more times by calling only to find out that the Jeep had not been worked on. I understand that they had many vehicles to work on, however, a phone call would have been kind. They stated that they were waiting on approval from the warranty company. Again, a phone call to me stating that information would have sufficed so that I could have made a decision on how to proceed. The service manager could not have been more kind. He stated that the service department was very short staffed. Customers may want to ask them how long it may take prior to making an appointment. More

I always like to acknowledge those that exceed my expectations. I brought my Ram truck because I had a leak that I thought was from my windshield. They immediately took it at my appointment time, fou expectations. I brought my Ram truck because I had a leak that I thought was from my windshield. They immediately took it at my appointment time, found the leak was from a plugged moon roof drain and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes.
