Poor quality of work - loose battery cable after returned. Blew a $110 fuse during troubleshooting of an OIL LEAK. Guess he didn't disconnect the battery before starting work. Poor service represe returned. Blew a $110 fuse during troubleshooting of an OIL LEAK. Guess he didn't disconnect the battery before starting work. Poor service representative. Made poor excuse after poor excuse. Told me I needed a UV dye test then called back and said they didn’t need to do it. Then on the invoice tried to bill me for the fuse and the UV dye test. “Sometimes fuses get blown during diagnostics” - well they weren't troubleshooting an electronics issue. Always pull the battery cable before starting work. Then make sure you tighten it before returning it to the customer. I have no faith this business can do quality work. More
