My experience with Ross Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge is limited to the purchase of a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport S. This was the easiest auto purchasing process I have ever undertaken. My salesman, Brett Silver, wa to the purchase of a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport S. This was the easiest auto purchasing process I have ever undertaken. My salesman, Brett Silver, was easy going, friendly, and very knowledgible about his vehicles. As of this writing, we have fewer than 800 miles on our new Wrangler so we haven't had any experience with the dealership's service department, but we did purchase an accessory for our vehicle (a cargo tote) through the dealership's parts department and that was an easy affair. We purchased this car as a complement to the acquisition of our new winter vacation home just outside of Boone, and, so far, absolutely love our '13 Jeep, and look forward to using our "ski car" this winter for our sports activities and as our primary conveyance up the steep and icy road that leads to our new mountain-top home. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any who were looking for one of its models in the northwest North Carolina area. More
