They came through when it counted I purchased a 2012 Jeep Compass from this dealer along with the max care plan that they told me would cover 5000+ additional components and went above I purchased a 2012 Jeep Compass from this dealer along with the max care plan that they told me would cover 5000+ additional components and went above and beyond any warranty. Yet the first time I needed service the issue with my vehicle was not covered, they offered no options, discounts, remedies of any sort when I bought the vehicle there. I found out that that the issue I have with my jeep has happened to many others and Chrysler refuses to issue a recall or do anything about it. While I was quite distressed at my initial service experience-a call back from the Quality Control Manager, Chris Bonk, turned everything around. He was helpful, polite, listened and took the time to really look at my car and explain. Chris went above and beyond and turned a bad experience around for me and was able to offer to repair the issue with my car at a very agreeable cost. Thank you Chris for demonstrating what customer service means. More

I dropped off my vehicle on the evening prior to an early morning service appointment t Great place to buy a vehicle but an awful service department. I dropped off my vehicle on the evening prior to an early morning service appointment the next day (installation of a backup camera). They provided me with a loaner/rental vehicle and I was told that I could pick up the vehicle the following evening at 5 when I planned to return. I arrived at 5 and as I walked in to the service department I noticed a voicemail message that had been left 10 minutes earlier. It was “Rick” from the service department telling me that my vehicle would not be ready for pickup that day. I live an hour away from the dealership and asked why it had taken them more than 9 hours to contact me to tell me the vehicle wasn’t ready. “Rick” told me that he called as soon as he found out. I asked why he didn’t know sooner and said again that he had just found out. He added “I’m not going to call a customer at noon and tell them that their vehicle might not be ready”. I guess the alternative of a wasted 2 hour round trip for the customer is their preferred way of doing business. I asked to get my vehicle back because I needed it for business the next day (towing) and he told me that I could not have it back because it was not put back together. So I was stuck with a rental vehicle not equipped for the work that I needed to do, essentially losing money to lost work the next day. “Rick” said “Sometimes things happen”. I asked who his supervisor was and he said that he wasn’t there. I asked for his supervisor’s name again and he rolled his eyes and said again that the supervisor wasn’t there. Finally I asked him for his supervisor’s card and he gave it to me. I asked for my rental vehicle back so that I could get home and he said to go get it again from the rental agent. He only accompanied me to the rental agent to explain how to bill the second day of the rental car when I asked him to. Never once did he apologize for the situation (until I asked him for an apology…which got me another eye roll) and behaved as though I was wasting his time. The sales person that originally sold me the vehicle saw me on the way out and offered me a truck for the day so that I could take care of my scheduled business and he also offered to bring my vehicle to me when it was finished. But because of insurance reasons I could not use a vehicle other than my own and frankly I had such a poor experience I just wanted to get out of there. I’d buy from them again but will never trust them with repairing my vehicle. If they can’t be courteous an honest at the service desk how can I know that my vehicle is being repaired properly and is safe to operate once I get it back. Disappointed doesn’t begin to cover it. I won’t go back. More
Poor Service and lot's of Excuses I have purchased a few cars over the years from this dealership and the sales staff is okay. However, the service department is VERY DISAPPOINTING! O I have purchased a few cars over the years from this dealership and the sales staff is okay. However, the service department is VERY DISAPPOINTING! On three occasions in the past year I've dropped off a car in the early morning, yet the service department hadn't started work on it until late in the day. On two of these visits, I essentially ordered them to stop any work and return my vehicle. I should also mention that the ONLY reason that I would re-visit them was due to warranty related items. My latest visit was for basic service (i.e. oil change, inspection, minor warranty for noisy brakes); but after having my vehicle for over seven (7) hours I learned that they hadn't started any work on it. Also, a relative dropped off a vehicle for a minor fluid leak and later discovered that the mechanic broke the radiator in error. STAY AWAY from this dealership's service department. Their full of excuses, false starts, and poor management. More

While under warranty at app. 25000 miles they tried to charge me for repairs to a defective brake caliper. When I refused to pay they said they would reassemble my truck and for me to leave. I said if they did that my first stop would be the DMV as this would be a very unsafe thing to do. They gave in and fixed my truck which took 7 hrs. David Fox More
Went to this dealer ship for an oil change and they found a defective water pump. Ihad them change it, they did a great job. when i got home i called around to two other dealers and found that Bonneville was a defective water pump. When i called the parts manager about the issue, he said they could charge whatever they wanted. Beware of part prices at this dealership. More
Went in for simple oil change at46000ml was told needed services that were not recommended until 60000!! Left next day for road trip 2hours in had oil leaking all over engine went to another dealer in are services that were not recommended until 60000!!
