Tom is AMAZING!!! I have had my Journey for 3 years now and I continue to have minor issues. Tom is professional, helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I have considered trading it in and then Tom comes to my rescue and either helps figure out the problem or solves the problem. I have had the most random issues occur with this vehicle and Tom has worked with me to help resolve all concerns I have had. He is the epitome of customer service! More
Service beyond expectation This dealership continues to outperform and deliver beyond expectations. It is simply so overwhelming that I am compelled to make this known. A few weeks ago, I bought a van from this dealership. The van as beautiful and measuring by value for money, a great deal. A few days ago, the vehicle wouldn't start. These things do happen with cars and the dealership cannot be blamed. But this happened in the evening when the dealership was technically closed. I called Rick, my salesperson. Rick was enjoying his evening until I called. I explained my problem. Immediately Rick took things under his control. He arranged for a tow truck and a rental car for me. He met me at the dealership later in the evening when I arrived and made sure I had transportation back home. Both Service and Sales got involved to make sure I was taken care of and treated fairly. Tom worked with Rick and his manager. Together, they decided it was fair to take care of the costs of fixing the vehicle. Further, Tom asked again if I had transportation and if it was adequate. I was surprised because I had an incoming party and the vehicle I had would not have been adequate. Tom went off to get me a mini-van and called me back to let me know he had one that could be picked up the same evening. This level of service quality, empathy for the customer, fairness, consideration and relationship management is unknown in many businesses and certainly unheard of in the automotive sales industry. This is not the first time the employees of this dealership have outdone themselves and surpassed expectations. I consider this dealership as a model for the rest of the industry. Employees like Tom and Rick and their respective managers have demonstrated that they understand that customer service beyond expectations is the key to sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and competitive advantage. Without a shadow of a doubt, this works to the mutual advantage of the customer and the business! I highly recommend this dealership and most certainly would call on Rick when I am ready for another vehicle. Unquestionably I will take my vehicle for my service needs even though it is some distance from my home. Tony Sanichara More

Leaky Tire & Missing Lug Key Emergency I wanted to write a quick review for the service team at Bonneville. I had an emergency with one of my tires (leaky/flat) and was unable to remove th I wanted to write a quick review for the service team at Bonneville. I had an emergency with one of my tires (leaky/flat) and was unable to remove the tire for repair as I was missing the lug key. Initially I was told to go through the express lane where I was greeted by Perry who attempted to get the lug off but was unable to, him and another associate mentioned my best option would be to cut the key lug off and replace with regular lugs and that as they had some time they could probably do it now. Perry brought me into the customer service area where Mark Dickerson took over. After explaining the situation and a quick check Mark said they could indeed do the job now. PHEW! I was not looking forward to flat tires for the next week with a mad race to the gas station! Basically, I want to say thank you Mark and the rest of the team (sorry, I didn't catch everyone's name but I'm sure Mark will let you know :) for pushing me through and providing some great customer service in the process. I highly recommend the service department to anyone in the area in need of service for their vehicles. Top notch! Best Regards, Chris Smith More

Was waited on right away by Tom, he checked for code and said they were a little backed up but would let me know as soon as they had a diagnosis. I was offered a shuttle ride home and Tom called me later that day and told me I had a failed throttle and was waiting for a part. The car was repaired by 10:00 am 1/14! Great service Tom was awesome! More

I did not have an appointment so wasn't expecting too much but these guys were great, was able to get my jeep in for inspection also had someone ride with me and notes the sound I was hearing got an appointment scheduled and they even washed it for me. Will be back for sure. More
Service Manager, Mark I was selling my vehicle private sale that i had bought at this dealership. I called Mark, asked him about purchaseing a tow kit as well as some rack I was selling my vehicle private sale that i had bought at this dealership. I called Mark, asked him about purchaseing a tow kit as well as some racks for the top of my Jeep. Mark was awesome, he had me drop it off at his house the night before since he lives in my town, and then returned it the next day to save me time so i wouldn't have to miss work. I was very greatful, and Mark was wonderful. He also delt with the person buying my Jeep to make sure it was to his likeing as well. The Jeep was returned even cleaned out, with a matt in the drivers side. Thank you Mark. More
