I did not give the sales men much to work with because I have horrible credit and my wife’s is not much better. Rick Dillion, Karl Jansons, and John Pratt, spent the entire day working on a deal to put my family in the monthly payments and car we wanted. Words cannot tell you how pleased this made my family. The staff at the Melbourne store, especially Rick and Karl went above and beyond for their customers. The two of them treated my family and I with the up most respect and made what we figured to be another disappointing visit to a car dealership something special. I felt the need to write you this letter and tell you what a wonderful staff you have and that Rick and Karl give 110 % to every customer. I went in to buy a car and when I told them I wanted to go look around the gm came in and kept trying to make me stay and buy a car. He was very rude and was Making my wife very unconfertable. I wouldn't buy a car there if it was the last dealership on earth. Boniface used to be a very friendly place to do business ,I have bought several cars there in the past,not any more. What a shame I liked the guys they had there before.I will let all my friends know and I have been in Melbourne for over 30years I know a lot of people. More
