The sales manager talked down to me and pretty much told me I had to settle with a basic car because I couldn't afford anything better. They tried to sell me a car that was older and more basic and a couple thousand dollars more expensive than the same make and model with less miles I found at a MUCH better dealership down the road. They kept trying to get me to give them my drivers license and bank statements. I love Mazdas, but I will go everywhere but here to look for my next car. **spoiler alert: the dealer fee here is $900** I found a much better car that I'm in love with at a dealer down the road and came out under my budget, booyah!!!! More
Buying a car for the first time I went in with all expectations of being turned away due to lack of credit but after 3 hours I drove away in my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. The only issue I had is I was VERY clear how much i could afford and they showed me cars in my range but when it came time to sign papers it was $70 more than my absolute max. They also took the car for an hour for detailing and it was still pretty dirty on the inside and i was told how to clean it myself. The staff was very accommodating tho. I will be referring everyone i know to go there. More

I had been highly recommended, by friends in the area, to work with Michael Durkin at Boniface. When I first reached out to Mike I explained that I was looking for a "high end diva car" :), he took his time to send me a variety of options. I was also looking to trade in my car and was concerned at the financing options that would be available, because I had identify theft issues on my credit. I was on a budget and I was very clear that I wouldn't compromise that.. Mike went above and beyond and explained my options thoroughly and assured me he could make it happen! After a few messages back and forth, He found me a beautiful 2012 Audi Q5. (Even though they didn't specialize in selling Audis) he made my dream car happen... When I arrived for my test drive and met Mike, he was welcoming and cheerful and completely took the stress away that comes with buying a car. I was impressed, that the car was all ready to go when I pulled in! When we sat down to negotiate terms and assess the value of my car for trade in, the service continued to get better! Everyone inside was very pleasant and friendly and I never felt as I was being "sold" anything. I had been to many dealers before and had always felt the "oh here we go, not going to happen". I was able to get the car I wanted, trade in my car at a much higher value then what I had been quoted around, and received a much lower interest rate than on my previous loan... the financing manager was great to work with and he worked super hard to keep me in my budget... I highly recommend for you to use Mike Durkin and Boniface :), I would give him a 10 star review! I will definitely buy my next car with him! If you want someone that's honest, attentive, knowledgeable and cheerful this is your salesman! More
Salesperson I had Micheal Durkin as my sales person. He sold us a 2016 Mazda cx5, grand touring . he went over everything with us and was very knowledgeable. The color of the car was not on site and they had the exact car we were looking for shipped in the next day . I think the guy went above and beyond out of his way for us . we love our new car . we looked at the Rav4 and he showed us how the quality lacked to that of the cx5. It was something I didn't notice before but was glad he pointed it out . great salesman. More
Great Experience from start to finish My husband and I went in knowing the style vehicle we wanted and what we didn't want. We left with a beautiful vehicle and money still in our pocket. MY Mazda Experience: HORRIBLE During the process to buy a vehicle we encountered many issues from pricing, misinformation, unnecessary delays, neglect on details and lack of intere During the process to buy a vehicle we encountered many issues from pricing, misinformation, unnecessary delays, neglect on details and lack of interest on the dealership. One week after the purchase of vehicle I called the Sales manager, Mr. Padgett and explained to him the issues we encountered once we left the dealership.He told me on a recorded call that he would call me back in 30 minutes but 9 weeks later I have not been contacted by anyone from Boniface Hiers. I filed complaints with the BBB and Mazda and the dealership has not responded to any of them. If Mazda Corp HQ could not get this dealership to discuss the issues it will never happen. This displays total lack of customer service on Boniface Hiers dealership, owner and Mazda. Providing the best service should be the number one objective but this dealership shows it to be at the bottom of their list. More
Poor company I have bought 2 jeeps from boniface hires Mazda, a 2012 and a 2007. What a great deal on the 2012 every thing was great, but on my second jeep not so I have bought 2 jeeps from boniface hires Mazda, a 2012 and a 2007. What a great deal on the 2012 every thing was great, but on my second jeep not so good. After the sale every thing went bad. In the first month I spent 995.00 on tires, an oxygen sensor went out it cost 160.00 installed , a new clutch in the same appointment that was close to 800.00. The next month the abs light came on turnes out. It was a abs wheel sensor. Another 130.00. One day I get a letter in the mail it was a boniface hires. Prepaid service card. I came up for a oil change received an email for that, I went got the oil changed, all was ok. I was told I needed breaks,another400.00. Three months later the second oil change, this time it was an alignment, and I was told at that time I hade 4 oil changes left on the prepaid service card , I asked why only 2 I assumed it was the life time free oil after all I paid2800.00 for this service. I went in side the show room to find out about my prepaid service and all managers were in a meeting, I got home and called boniface hires no one knew anything about pre paid service, in a few days and was told that I needed to speak with Bob asst mgr, I wanted to know why I spent 2800 on a pre paid service plan for 4 oil changes, he told me that I have left not 2, and that it covers tire rotation. I told bob that I got no information on the plan, this was a Wednesday , he promised to send out the information on my plan and I should receive it by Friday I gave him until wed the rolling week. That day came and went with no mail from boniface hires. I called joe the general manager to no availe he was in a meeting with aj hires. I then tried to call aj at his office and left a message for him to call me that it was urgent, a week later no call. I did speak with joe who promised to send it out again still nothing Yesterday I called again, I spoke to Bob who didn't ever answer my question, but transferred me to the finance director, I found out from him that I not only have the pre paid but an extended warranty and tire and wheel warranty. The plans were news to me, I was never informed of either nor do I think I need one, during the sale the plans were not discussed just the interest rate and final dollar figure, the dealership is good at getting money from you but their slogan is a bit misleading. To this day I still don't have a clue as to what is covered Poor company to do business with and support does not exist. Over priced for a used car, that had issues from the start, now I have a air bag light on. More
