This time, I was very impressed with the speed that it took to purchase the car except once the deal was made the brakes were applied. I continue to not understand the ridiculous amount of time it takes to make the deal and drive away. Glad I only have to do this every three years! But, on the whole I was very impressed with Jamie and he certainly went out of his wa to make this happen to my satisfaction! More

Being assured over the phone by the sales manager one solid price for a particular auto on the lot and then coming in and being 'played' for close to three hours?? That's 'car trickery' and Bonaface appears to excel at it. Seeking to confirm in person the agreed upon price, when I arrived they told me they first needed from me such information as my current registration, auto insurance policy (and that's BS), Social and email address and home address and more before they could confirm the price the sales manager gave me over the phone. Belatedly, I found out that's total BS. And I fell for it. After being stuck there for close to three hours (with them disappearing during regular intervals -- part of the game they play), the salesman Ron comes back and tells me that the sales manager has delivered his best price -- one substantially more than what he promised me on the phone. That's what's called "sleazy!" The folks who posted positive reviews about their buying experience at this dealership are too ignorant to realize they've been taken advantage of. And that's EXACTLY the kind of customers Bonaface loves and how they grow their business. More

After talking with an employee at the dealership, it appears that the multi-band WiFi router was not transmitting on all bands. Either a configuration issue or malfunction. Recommend that, as a minimum, "B" and "G" be enabled, as half of people's devices still use those bands. More
