Great service. I spoke with Wesley Lyons, the Service Advisor, about a transmission fluid replacement and an oil change. I was shown to the waiting area where there was coffee, cold water, snacks, soft chairs, and two big screen TVs. Although not requested, they had rotated the tires and performed what they call a Full Circle Service Report Card, which means checking the battery, tires, brakes, and all fluids. They did not try to up sell me and the bill was exactly what I expected. I have never taken my car to the dealer for service before and was a little hesitant but this was a good experience. Wes and his team deserve kudos. They were very friendly, courteous, and professional. Good job. My thanks. More

A small nail was in my tire on the inside (something I never would have seen) and I was escorted back to the rack to see the nail and get options for handling this issue. There has never been any pressure to repace or buy anything that isn't absolutely necessary. A lot of my friends won't go to a dealership. Unfortunately dealerships have gotten a bad reputation for being a rip-off. I wouldn't take my Mazda anywhere else but my dealership. No one knows my car better than my dealership mechanics! More
