Michael Durkin accepted the challenge and through much negotiation and much giving in (on HIS part) a deal was made and I purchased a new car. The process was made easy because he took the initiative to walk me through the process with no complaining and no pushback. He answered all questions knowledgably and thoroughly. As a few minor problems popped up recently, Mr. Durkin again took initiative and handed me off to the service manager Frank, who quickly made sure that everything was rectified and even found 2 recalls that he set us up to fix. If these guys represent Mazda then Mazda has truly stepped up their game to a higher level. I will definitely be back and I will bring friends with me! More
