Since this was also at my 1 year anniversary of owning my car, the sales group was right there to see how I was enjoying my new vehicle....I have never had that much interest in how I liked my new car. This allowed a win-win business deal where he quickly captured a sale and I got what I wanted. Well done and professional, with no BS or tricks. Darla Bleau finished up processing my payment and transferring my tag/registration in an excellent manner. She also briefed me on all the usual available extras: add-on paint protection, add-on warranty services, and prepaid maintenance package. I knew I didn't want any of that, but it's her job to offer it, and she did it without overly pressuring the customer. Honorable mention to Wesley Lyons and Mark Wilhelm in service (whom I've dealt with for years) for hooking me up with Harv. More

Their idea of creative financing is to farm out the loan application to various banks and credit unions and see who bites, then tell who the result. We even got called back in the day after the deal was closed and told the loan terms had changed and we had to pay a higher rate, which was the highest new car rate I ever got. I have bought used cars for lower rates. Although Disney World is more than an hour away, Mickey Mouse is alive and well at Boniface Hyers. More
