I recently had my Mazda 6 serviced due to a problem with the display/camera. This had been an ongoing problem (for months) with no solution in sight. However, after explaining my problem and frustration with the Service Manager-Brian-he came up with a plan to help. His knowledge and expertise were a welcome change. He was able to locate the problem and get it fixed in a timely manner. He has renewed my faith in the Mazda Service Department. Both Service Advisor Trae and Service Manager Brian had heard my complaints and rants, yet still greeted me with smiling faces and professional attitudes. My thanks to them both! More
