The service department at Bonaface Mazda treated me as if I had a brand new car and I was a VIP. GREAT customer service and take terrific care of my car so I can get many more happy miles with old reliable. My service tech Leigh was personable, professional and knowledgeable. She helped me navigate my repair. She made it feel as though I had my own personal vehicle concierge. I have had problems in the past with having my Mazda services at the dealership but there’s a new Sherrif in town and he runs a tight ship. The service manager Brian Bolognese is fantastic! Because of him and my service tech, Leigh, I know that I can purchase a Mazda with confidence that motor vehicle service will be done perfectly. More

Poor Service I went to the Mazda dealer ready to drive and purchase a CX5 as they are highly rated in Consumer Reports. Spent about 10 minutes on the lot looking I went to the Mazda dealer ready to drive and purchase a CX5 as they are highly rated in Consumer Reports. Spent about 10 minutes on the lot looking at various cars - no one came out. Went into the dealership and sat in the lobby at a table. All the sales people were playing on their phones. People walked past me and NO ONE said hello or we will be right with you. I waited 10-15 minutes and NO ONE took the time to come over and say anything to me. I got up and left. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! More

Leigh, the service advisor expl I scheduled the 60K scheduled maintenance on my ‘15 CX-5 at a mutually convenient date & time, for the following week. Leigh, the service advisor explained what services would be performed & the cost. When I arrived on time for my service the porter met me immediately and directed me to Leigh who had written up the service agreement, reviewed again what was to be done & cost estimate. I’d requested to be transported to a local gym nearby & was promptly accommodated. Leigh called me when the work was completed which was about an hour sooner than expected & I requested to be picked up & brought back to the dealership which was promptly done. Leigh reviewed all services completed, and mechanic’s recommended future services, I paid cashier. Leigh escorted me out to my awaiting vehicle which had been thoroughly washed & interior vacuumed. Professional process & treatment throughout without any complaint whatsoever. More
