Wonderful service at Boniface Hiers Kia I was so happy with the service I received at Boniface Hiers Kia when my air conditioner stopped working. I was able to get an appointment within 24 I was so happy with the service I received at Boniface Hiers Kia when my air conditioner stopped working. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours, the problem was diagnosed as I waited and I was given options for the repair. My extended warranty was honored and I was given a free loaner car for the time my car was being fixed. The part was ordered, installed and my car was ready to go within two days. The air conditioning is working great now. My Service Consultant, Anthony "Tiger" Trainer explained everything to me in great detail and made sure I was educated and satisfied with the needed repair. He also checked to make sure there were no recalls on my car or any other service that I may need in connection with the mileage on my car. He said I should feel free to contact him if I had any problems or follow-up questions. I really felt that Tiger took good care of me and I'm grateful. More

Dissatisfied My husband bought a used car here. After driving it at home with the windows down, my husband heard an unsettling noise. We brought the car back t My husband bought a used car here. After driving it at home with the windows down, my husband heard an unsettling noise. We brought the car back to Kia and the mechanic found nothing wrong. My husband told the mechanic that it sounds like a bent tie rod and the mechanic checks again. Confirms it is bent and bends it back instead of replacing it. At this point, my husband and I doubt the "thorough" inspection that this used car supposedly passed. Also, bending the part is a quick fix, it should have been replaced. My husband tells Kia he wants to return the car, we've only had it for one day. Kia refuses and my husband got in a heated argument with them. Thought we were stuck with the car. Well, the dealership calls my husband back to tell him that he forgot to sign the financing agreement. What luck! We were able to return the car on this technicality and were thrilled to do so. We had traded our old truck in for the car. When we went to pick our truck back up, the battery was missing! Kia claimed that someone must've stolen it and that they weren't responsible. Despite the fact that the lot has security and is lit up at night, a thief randomly decided to go to a car lot to steal the battery from a 10 year old truck? Anyway, putting a battery in our truck to take our business elsewhere was more than worth it. Everyone at this dealership is super nice as long as they are making sales. Their true colors come out if anything goes wrong. Do not trust the "certified" used car inspections. More
