Mazda service dept. As I entered the Mazda service area a young man quickly greeted me, took my information and directed me to the service desk. Becky at the counter completed the paperwork and then walked me to the beautiful customer waiting area. The service manager Frank, finished my cc payment transaction and offered me a bottled water then gave me delicious chocolate cookies for the road. The service department also replaced a Facebook recalled liftgate damper part on my CX-5 without a problem. Frank gladly installed my new cargo tray purchased at the onsite parts department. Dennis in the parts department was very fast in finding the correct auto mat and then taking my payment. This Mazda dealership is top notch and has awesome customer service practices. I also spoke with Thurman about options on purchasing a new or used Mazda for our daughter. He was very personable and not to pushy. Once we decide on a car ,we will be back for sure. I was only looking and not wanting to purchase that day. :-) More
