The sales team was completely honest (NO JOKE) about everything, and what every dollar represented on the contract. I received an extremely fair price, almost exactly what I was asking, and WELL below what they were asking for my vehicle. I have now owned this Minivan for 13 months, and my wife and I both love it! The service department is equally as honest and fair, especially "Milton" who is extremely accommodating, and you can tell he loves cars as well, and will explain any question you have. Boniface Hiers is a Family owned group of dealerships, and you can not go wrong with these people! This is the type of dealership that everyone on planet earth has been waiting for. No need to walk in with a defensive attitude, like you would with every other dealership so you won't get taken. They will be honest and there is no pressure what so ever. The purpose of our visit was strictly to the service dept for a tire problem on our Kia Soul which we bought a year ago, which was taken care of in no time at all. While we were waiting for our car I was approached by Sandi, we started talking about the new Kia Sportage, for the heck of it I said run some figures by me, bearing in mind I had no intentions of buying a new vehicle. Sandi was not pushy or aggravating like a lot of car sales people are. Her friendly kind manner was a breath of fresh air, and the quality of the Sportage combined had me sold.
